Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comic who is currently a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is part-Italian. Cook first was featured in an announcement of public service for foster care at seven years of age, and began her career as a child print model at the age of 10, including nationwide advertisements for Target as well as appearing on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
