Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comic who is currently a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is part-Italian.
